Our founder Drew McEachern, deeply rooted in Campbell River’s maritime heritage, has seamlessly blended a lifetime of oceanic wisdom with unmatched expertise. From his days as a fisherman, guide, and logger, to his current role as a senior boilermaker welder, his journey is a testament to his dedication. Having pioneered a full-service fabrication hub earlier, he values environmental stewardship and local bonds. Partnering exclusively with the pinnacle of expertise mirrors his unwavering commitment.
Marty Campbell
General Manager
Our general manager Marty Campbell is a true Vancouver Islander. Born in Victoria and raised on the waters of surrounding the Discovery Islands, his first professional marine experience began when he was still a young child living and fishing on his family’s commercial bottom fishing boat. His dad, Marine Link Transportation and Campbell River Marine Terminal founder Tim Campbell, is who fostered his love of the ocean at such an early age.
With over three decades of customer service and professional maritime experience including passenger ferry service management. Marty has always had a passion for meeting the needs and wishes of his clients. As a retired salmon fishing guide, he understands what it takes to fish with functionality, style and comfort. He also knows how important reliability and performance are on working vessels, from his first days working as a deckhand on his dad’s landing crafts.
